DELIVERY & SHIPPING RATES
Once your order is complete, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email. All orders $100 or more will receive free shipping. International shipping is available. Cost will be calculated at checkout. Local pick up or drop offs is available for close surrounding areas. If you are not local and do not pay for shipping your order will not be shipped until shipping fees has been paid.
RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Returns are warranted if you received the wrong product or if you want to exchange for the same product. If the seal on the product is broken, you will not be able to get a refund. All returns will be accepted within 3 calendar days from the purchase date. Please note that all customers are responsible for all shipping and handling fees incurred for items sent back to Forever Grateful & Blessed Boutique. Send an email to info@forevergratefulnblessed.com so we can begin the return process.
We do honor exchanges for a different size. There will be no refunds but you may exchange for a different size if it’s in stock.
DAMAGES & SHIPPING POLICY
All orders are processed within 3-10 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. Under certain circumstances shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there be a significant delay in your order being shipped, we will contact you via email or telephone.
DAMAGES
Forever Grateful & Blessed is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipping carrier center. If your item has a defect, something is not right with the manufacturing of the item, your item will be replaced at no cost to you if the defected item is returned within the 3 calendar days from date of receipt. If we are not notified within 3 days, you will no longer qualify for a return. You must send a photo to info@forevergratefulnblessed.com of the damage/defect item along with all the details of your order invoice. Please be advised that all customers are responsible for all shipping and handling fees incurred for products sent back to Forever Grateful & Blessed Boutique.
PROCEDURES FOR RETURNS
You are responsible for shipping charges associated with returning the package. Please include a copy of the invoice and please state the reason for your return on the invoice, please print out your confirmation email and this will suffice as record of your transaction
*We highly recommended that you place tracking on your return package in case it gets lost during its travels back to us.
